Tim has over 30 years of experience leading high performing teams within the global high tech industry, with demonstrated success within Supply Chain and Procurement, Product Line Management, Business Development, Sales Management and Global Account Management.   His recipe for success has been building teams that embrace accountability, deliver performance according to company goals and metrics, and have strong knowledge of financial drivers within both their and their business partners' organization.

 

Skilled at delivering transformational results, Tim has led process and organizational change that include CRM, customer service, logistics and procurement processes.  Known as a teambuilder, he has directly recruited and developed award winning procurement, sales and customer service teams within the connector industry, and coached a pipeline of management talent.   He has successfully led negotiations with small and large businesses and is capable of success within both high and low leverage relationships. 

 

With a direct and transparent communication style, Tim believes building a mutually beneficial relationship based on trust is critical to success. both at work and at home.   He is proud of his marriage of 30+ years, as well as his two engineer children.  When not working Tim volunteers his time within several charity organizations and enjoys running, music and the outdoors.
